We encourage the membership model with prices as above. We want Orca Pediatrics to be your child’s medical home. This is a cash-only practice, out of network with all insurance policies. We accept credit card, debit card, or FSA cards. Ask your tax professional whether you are able to use a health savings account (HSA) for payment. Your child will still need insurance for unanticipated, high-cost needs such as hospitalizations, and for outside services as noted on this page.

Sports physical or well-child exam – $200
Acute care visit – $150
Services outside of our office such as X-rays, labs, specialist referrals, or procedures are not included in the membership. They are, however, generally covered by insurance and the claims will be submitted on your behalf by the relevant entity.
You are free to cancel membership at any time without fees or penalties. If you cancel during the month, payment will be pro-rated. Although, we discourage “start and stop” coverage, as this undermines the advantage of the DPC model, which is its unparalleled continuity.
We want care to be affordable and accessible. Financial assistance is available to a limited number of families. Please inquire for details.
